Historically, Italian food has been influenced by class structures as well as geographic locale. We intend to combine the best of the Cucina Povera, the traditional peasant or working class fare, and the Cucina Alto-bohrghese the preparation of the cooks of the landed and merchant families. It is our goal to retain the dignity of the Italian classics while at the same time offer modern interpretations. L'Italia website

The Arts Council members were charged with managing the theater as its performing arts branch and creating innovative partnerships in the arts amongst area civic organizations, businesses, schools, and certainly, artists.
